Get Started with CARB Clean Truck Check Testing Follow

To use remote CARB Clean Truck Check testing, first register your vehicles in the Clean Truck Check Vehicle Inspection System (CTC-VIS). Then set up CARB Clean Truck Check in the HOS247 Portal. 

Follow these steps:

1. Register vehicles at the official CARB Clean Truck Check portal:

   • Create an account in the Clean Truck Check Vehicle Inspection System (CTC-VIS) at cleantruckcheck.arb.ca.gov.

   • Enter all required company and vehicle information.

   • Wait for the activation email from "CARB Admin" and click the activation link to set your password.

   • Add vehicles to the system.

   • Pay the annual compliance fee for each vehicle.

2. Install PT40 Hardware in the required vehicles.
    

3. Set up Clean Truck Check (CARB CTC) for each vehicle in the HOS247 Portal. Follow this setup guide.

   After setup, device automatically runs CTC tests based on the vehicle's testing schedule. 

   Test results and compliance certificates can be checked and downloaded at the CTC-VIS portal at cleantruckcheck.arb.ca.gov.
