Unidentified Events and Suggested Events Follow

When you log in to the app, you may receive a notification about Unidentified Events or Suggested Events. To review these events, select Show, then tap the > icon next to each event to either accept or reject it.

As a driver, you can choose to Accept or Reject an event. Events you accept will be added to your logs.

If you do not see a notification when signing in, you can also manually access Unidentified or Suggested Events by following these steps:

1. Tap the ☰ (Menu) icon at the top-left corner of the screen and select Logs. Then, tap the Square icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. The screen will display both Suggested Events and Unidentified Events.

3. On the Unidentified Events screen, you can review any Unclaimed or Rejected Events.
