Apply the 16-hour Short-Haul Exception Follow
To apply the 16-hour short-haul exception, follow the steps below:
1. Tap the ☰ (Menu) icon at the top-left corner of the screen and select Logs.
2. On the Logs screen, select the day that you would like to apply the 16-hour short-haul exception and tap on the blue color 16-Hour Short-Haul Exception banner.
3. When the Apply Exception notice appears, simply tap Apply. The exception will then be activated and displayed in green on the selected log day.
If the 16-hour short-haul exception is not available in the app, please contact your fleet manager to have it enabled through the carrier portal.
