Install ELD Hardware Follow

1. Connect the device to the vehicle's diagnostic port (ECM port) using the provided cable. Please do this before turning the vehicle on or opening the HOS247 app.

2. You should see a slow flashing green light, indicating power.

3. Turn on the vehicle. 

4. You should then see a fast flashing green LED, indicating that vehicle bus activity has been detected. Once the green LED becomes solid, the device is registered on the vehicle bus and you can run the HOS247 app.

5. From this point on, the device will retain the necessary data, such as the VIN, to communicate with the app via Bluetooth low energy. Note that for power management reasons, the LEDs may not stay on continuously.
