Generate IFTA Mileage Reports Follow

IFTA reports show each vehicle’s mileage broken down by state using odometer readings. Here’s how to generate and export them:

1. Log in to portal.hos247.com.

2. In the left-hand menu, go to Reports, then click IFTA.

3. On the IFTA Reports screen, open the Generate New Report(s) tab. Set the start and end dates, select the vehicle, and click the Generate New Report(s) button at the bottom.

4. To find the report you created, open the Reports tab and download it as a CSV or PDF.
